Information we collect

An appointment request may include your name, phone number, email address, requested department, preferred date, and the short non-clinical message you choose to provide. Please do not enter medical records, diagnosis details, passwords, payment information, or other sensitive documents in the message field.

How we use and share it

Authorised hospital personnel may use the information to contact you and coordinate care. Where the Africa Beacares platform is connected, information may be transmitted to it as the operational system of record. We do not sell appointment-request information.

Retention and security

We retain information only as needed for the stated purpose, security, and legal requirements. Appropriate access controls, encrypted transport, monitoring, and data-minimisation practices are applied, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting the hospital. Withdrawing website consent does not affect information the hospital must retain for legal or care-related reasons.
